KAIROS and PHASe have separate classes.[2] They have similar classes with similar abilities, but they wouldn't be the exact same or named the same.[2] Each organization creates their own class codenames.[2] In a certain way, class codenames function as job titles.[3]
Classes are created based on both an analysis of commonly held traits, and what kind of abilities the organization needs. The operatives with natural abilities most closely fitting that, enter that class.[2]
The class of an operative is usually based on natural abilities and an aptitude test. However, a class can also be picked if several operatives were tested for the same class, assuming the organization wasn't needed an operative in a particular class. It varies.[2] After being assigned a class, operatives are trained in honing their abilities and learning additional skills.[2]
